Reqrium (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Reqrium wallet transparency platform at reqrium.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
When you connect a wallet, we record your public wallet address. We do not collect private keys, seed phrases, or any information that could allow us to access your funds.
When you visit Reqrium we may collect standard server-log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This data is used for security, analytics, and abuse prevention.
If you submit a report, flag, or appeal, we store the content of that submission together with your wallet address so we can process it.
If you optionally provide a display name, bio, or social links through your profile, that information is stored and displayed publicly.
To operate the platform — verifying wallet ownership, displaying public trust scores, and processing community reports.
To improve the service — we analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to understand which features are most valuable.
For security and fraud prevention — detecting unusual behaviour, rate-limiting abuse, and enforcing our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
Blockchain transaction data is public by nature. Wallet addresses, balances, and transaction histories on public chains are visible to anyone. Reqrium aggregates and presents this information but does not create it.
If you do not want your wallet activity indexed by Reqrium, you may contact us to request removal from our database (subject to the limitations below).
We use HttpOnly session cookies to maintain authenticated sessions after you connect your wallet. These cookies expire after 7 days or when you log out.
We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Image uploads are processed and stored through Cloudinary. Profile images you upload are subject to Cloudinary's privacy policy.
We may use Sentry for error monitoring. Error reports may include the page URL and anonymized device information but do not include wallet private keys or passwords.
On-chain data is sourced from public RPC providers (Alchemy, Infura) and public data sets (Etherscan, Chainabuse, OFAC). We attribute all data to its original source.
Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us at privacy@reqrium.com.
Community reports and flags are retained for audit purposes for a minimum of 2 years, even if the underlying wallet profile is removed.
Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict its processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@reqrium.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Reqrium is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "effective date." Continued use of Reqrium after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
