Reqrium provides wallet risk signals derived from public blockchain data, community reports, and on-chain analysis. Wallets are not individuals, and a wallet's trust or risk score is not a legal determination of anyone's conduct or character.

Reqrium is a Money Services Business (MSB) as that term is generally understood, and is in the process of pursuing registration with FinTRAC (Canada's Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre). Reqrium is not yet a registered or licensed MSB. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that Reqrium currently holds any such registration or license.

We are building the compliance program a registration application requires as we go — a written data retention policy, a designated security officer and incident-response procedure, and the wallet-search privacy rules described below — so that the underlying practices are already in place, not just promised. See our Data Retention Policy and Incident Response Policy documentation for the internal versions of these, which are themselves pending review by qualified legal/compliance counsel.

When you search for or view a wallet's profile on Reqrium, you can see that wallet's public reputation/trust score, risk category, flags, ratings, and on-chain transaction history — all of which is either public blockchain data or explicitly public community input.

You cannot see a wallet's linked social accounts, messaging handles, or other contact details unless you are the verified owner of that wallet. We collect this information as part of a wallet owner's own profile, but do not surface it to other users who search for or view that wallet, specifically so that Reqrium cannot be used to unmask or directly contact someone from their wallet address alone. This is a deliberate design decision, not an oversight: the ability to look up a stranger's phone number or social accounts from a wallet address is what enables harassment, intimidation, and extortion, and we exclude it accordingly.

You may still leave reviews, star ratings, and flags against a wallet, and see other users' reviews, ratings, and flags — none of that requires seeing anyone's private contact information.

When a wallet is flagged as connected to a corroborated scam pattern (multiple independent reports, a connected-wallet cluster with other known-bad addresses, etc.), Reqrium may refer that information to the relevant authorities. This is a manual review process today, owned by our designated security/compliance contact — see our Incident Response Policy documentation.

Submitting a report does not guarantee referral to authorities, and referral does not constitute a determination of guilt. It means the pattern met our internal threshold for a human compliance review.

Reqrium surfaces charity and fundraiser information, including data sourced from The Giving Block and community-submitted campaigns, to help donors make more informed decisions. Reqrium does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the legitimacy, tax-deductibility, or ultimate use of funds by any charity, fundraiser, or campaign listed on the platform.

Donations made through or in connection with wallets or campaigns discovered on Reqrium are between you and the recipient organization or individual. Reqrium is not a party to that transaction, does not hold or custody donated funds, and is not responsible for how they are used.

As with any other financial intermediary handling donation-related transaction data, we retain relevant transaction records for tax and audit purposes for the period described in our Data Retention Policy — currently a 5-year minimum, pending final confirmation with counsel.

Always verify a charity's registered status independently (e.g. with the applicable government charity registry) before donating significant funds.
